Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the information or service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

 

With immediate effect from the date of purchase your product has a 2 year limited warranty.

Proof of your purchase must be provided before any work or assessment is carried out on your Vermatik product.

Only an authorized agent or similar will be instructed by Vermatik to carry out work and assessment on your product. Warranty will be invalid should any work be carried out by an unauthorized agent or person.

Replacement parts are to be held and kept as the property of Vermatik.

The warranty is not extended to full term after repair has been completed.

Vermatik offer a warranty as a customer benefit, this does not affect any consumer statutory rights.

The warranty is only eligible in the country of purchase; please note that due to some electrical differences abroad the warranty may become invalidated.

Warranty work will be covered by Vermatik, without charge, for any defects due to workmanship or faulty materials, unless it is assessed that misuse is the cause of the problem, this is covered under the Genuine Manufacturing Defect policy for a period stated. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear.

The warranty will be deemed invalid should the product be seen to have been used in professional, trade or hire purposes. This warranty does not apply to any accessories.
